Numerous are the churches on the Sangiorgese territory. In the urban area the churches of the three neighborhood confraternities and the parish church, the latter of Romanesque origin and containing several frescos from 1500’s, are the most important.

Moving out of the village it is possible to visit the Sanctuary of Misobolo, the church of the small town of Cortereggio and the very ancient Templare church of St. Giacomo di Ruspaglia.
